Hi All,
I am downloading materials from ECC to CRM through middleware. But the materials are failing and BDoc is generated with error "You are not authorized to set status 'To archive'" Message No: com_product206. Did anyone face this while downloading materials. Kindly let me know what could be the solution ASAP.
Thanks & Regards,
Shwetha.
Hi Shwetha,
Before doing the initial load please ensure that the system status is set to open. You can get this done with the help of your basis guys on txn SE06/SCC4.
Also the RFC Users used on RFC Destination should have SAP_ALL and SAP_New Profiles attached to them.
Hope this helps!
Good luck,
Aaru

Hi Shwetha,
As a primary investigation you can start checking the Users in RFC have all the necessary authorization objects assigned to it. Also, check the CRM side has the proper authorizations.
But, have a look at the SAP Help which covers an extensive process of initial and delta data setup and transfer of product data from ECC System to CRM.

Hope this will help.
Thanks,
