Eg: when do the GR,the PPV account should be 3528***, but when do the IR, the PPV account should be 3522***.

    Hi

    Please note the following.

    When GR is posted

Inventory Account dr (Transaction Key BSX in OBYC)

To GRIR account (T.Key WRX in T-code OBYC)

So that you have to assign the GR Gls in BSX. Material GLs will come here.

In the WRX the Provisional Liability GLs will come.

    Thanks

A substitution rule can be created to replace the PPV account picked up from OBYC with the new GL account that is required by the customer. This substitution rule may be based on document type and also can be restricted to a particular company code.

Hope this will help you to proceed further.

    Regards,
