QM data entering is so complex

Hi Experts,

Now I've come accross a situation that, it takes so much time to enter the data of an inspection lot at a time, especially during the "IN PROCESS QM".

SO is there any way or solution that may improve or even boost the speed of entering ?

Well, I mean that the QM inspection lot result and defect recording seems to be time-consuming, due to the structure of the inspection lot.

One may have to make serveral clicks to the target inspection characteristic to enter the data. In this situation, the company must have so many more people to do the input job when there may be 3000-plus inspection document to be recorded.

Or put the question in this way, Is there any way to make the input job simple and easy?

What type of data are they? Are they same data ypu are recording repetitively? Then you can use copy-paste option. Are these data being recorded somewhere else (like may be in some control panel) and then you are putting them manually in SAP?

If these are not the cases, then ofcourse you have to enter data manually, otherwise how SAP would know what are the results?
