Where to find IDoc -XML in PI monitoring

Hi,

I have a scenario SOAP XML >> PI 7.5. >> IDOC

In the message monitor i can only see the "MS" version of the messages. MS means that it is version from the Sender, BEFORE the mapping takes place.

What i want is to also see the "AM" version of these messages, so that would be the IDoc-xml AFTER the mapping step

For other messages which are for instance going to a SOAP or JMS adapter i can allways see the "AM" version.

I think there is some kind of setting in a properties table for my requirement. But i cant seem to find it.

Please help me.

If you want to change this globally across all interfaces, then you need to update below 2 parameters -

NWA -> Configuration -> Infrastructure -> JAVA System Properties -> Services Tab -> XPI Adapter:XI

xiadapter.logger.conf - MS=3,AM=3

xiadapter.stage.conf - MS=3,AM=3

Hi Robert,

The payload might not be logged for all messaging steps and that's the reason you are not able to see payload after mapping. You can enable the payload logging for specific interface. Open your Integrated Configuration Object(ICo) and go to Advanced Setting tab--> enable the radio button "Use scenario specific configuration" under staging, select Store from the dropdown for the mapping(AM). Save and activate the ICo. Retrigger the message and you'll be able see the payload after mapping. Similarly you can enable payload for the steps you required like BI/VI/AM/VO etc.
