Cannot confirm/cancel TO

Hi All,

1. Sales order has 2 line items. Item 2 is delivered.

2. TO has been created for the delivery. TO is not confirmed. It is in open status.

3. Line item 2 has been deleted from the sales order. (System should not allow it. No clues on how the user was able to delete the line item)

Problem:

Delivery document has to be deleted. System does not allow to delete the delivery due to WM status.

TO cannot be cancelled in 'LT15'..Error: Item XXXX does not exist.

TO cannot be confirmed..Error: Item XXXX does not exist.

Can someone help me in this?

Hi

Try adding the line back in to the delivery using VL02N and then comfirm the TO

Item is deleted from the SO...not from the delivery.

Hi,

Move the stock out from interim storage type come using LT01 or LT09.

Write off the stock if you do not want to use it anymore.

Complete the delivery in VL_Complete in case if you do not want to use the delivery any more

First cancel TO.

Cancel delivery.

Try canceling the TO and then reverse the Delivery. You can also do zero confirm and complete the delivery, which open up the Sales order for further processing,

System does not allow me to cancel the TO. throws error"Item 20 does not exist"

Use LT0G and then try to delete the delivery.

Hi Amit,

LT0G, doesnt work, coz the TO in question is not confirmed. Any other suggestions?
