SuccessFactors SAP Jam Access - Missing Permission

Dear Experts,

I want to create a user in SF who has access to SAP Jam.

I tried to do it as described in that KBA:

When I create the permission role under "General User Permission" there is no checkbox I can select for "Jam Access".

Has that permission been renamed or moved to another place? I can't find it in any of the other permissions...

So how can I grant access to SAP Jam to a new user?

I still don't know where the permission is coming from. But the created users have been transported to SAP Jam over night and are now automatically able to access it.
