Migrating from Old Server to New Server

Hi Experts,

I want to copy the below from an Existing company to a New company. Please advice each item if DTW or CopyExpress is application for it. (Do note if it is impossible to migrate):

1. Chart of A/C

2. Posting Period

3. Financial Report format (B/S, P &L)

4. Trial Balance format

5. PLD

6. BP Master Data

7. User & authorization setting

8. Documents Numbering

9.General Setting

Hi Chinho,

Copy express is the best option for copying database details minus transactions.

1. Chart of A/C : Copy Express Chart of Accounts

2. Posting Period: Copy Express Initial Settings and Set up>Genral> Settings--> Postinmg Periods

3. Financial Report format (B/S, P &L) : Copy Express Chart of Accounts

4. Trial Balance format

5. PLD: Copy Express> Customization> Print Layouts.

6. BP Master Data: Copy Express> Master Data> BP

7. User & authorization setting: Copy Express> Users> Users--> Authorization.

8. Documents Numbering: Copy Express Initial Settings and Set up>Genral> Settings---> Document Numbering

9.General Setting: Copy Express Initial Settings and Set up>Genral> Settings--> General Settings

Why don't you restore the backup of the old company to new company's database.

I dont need to transactions from the Old database, there are already transactions.
