please Not all employees within my organization are visible to assign task to based on approval tasks in the managing my area work center.....kindly advise on how to rectify this.

At first, we recommend you to check the employment information of the employees that are missing, to confirm if they have a valid assignment to the respective org unit for the time being.
If the employees are correctly setup with personal files and valid timelines for the org unit, we suggest you to open an incident, so we can check directly in the system to identify the root cause.
