Question on PHAP_PREPARE_PA

A few questions on PHAP_PREPARE_PA

1) We plan to use the option "prepare Appraisal docs with organization units " in PHAP_PREPARE_PA. So once the app

raisal is created, will the affected employees and managers in the selected org unit automatically gets the appraisal documents?

2) We also plan to use the UWL ( universal work list ) in portal to let the managers and employees access the appraisal documents. So once the appraisal is created using PHAP_PREPARE_PA , will that also send the notification to UWL / sap inbox ? If not which workflow will be used to do this.

Hi J,

Coming to your first question ,the administrator can create appraisal documents for the entire org units so that we ever working under that org unit will have a appraisal document to complete. Here based on the reporting structure the appraiser and appraisee will be decided.

Once the appraisal documents created then employees and manager need to complete the appraisal documents.

Coming to second question the serivice under Creer and Job you can access the appraisal documents. I am not sure about the UWL but in the work flow we can define the route.
