We are using Solution Manager 7.01 which has a CRM 5.0 embeded. For the Service Desk funcitonality we have a ticket SLFN which uses Partner Schema. We want to determine automatically the 00000001 Sold-to-Party partner in the schema based on the SLFN0002 partner. We have first setup for each BP a contact person relationship with the company he belong to.
So we are trying to apply instructions as they are presented in note 899012 using the reverse determination for access sequence for the 000000001 Sold-to-party. However, we were not succesful in the implementation.
Do you have any step-by-step procedure how to determine the BP automatically?
