We're doing integration of successfactors learning with non SF application, where some process is done outside SF and updating field comment in learning history. The purpose is to have a background job fetching data from SFTP every 2 hours and update the learning history in LMS.
We have tried these options, but found none that is effective. Could anyone advise a better approach to help our integration process?
1. via connector: able to schedule job, but when loaded to LMS, system could not update learning history, only add new records
2. via import job: able to update learning history, but must be done manually (could not be scheduled)
3. via API: check on the SF document, currently no method available to update learning history
