Hello,

I fixed it by exporting the topology to file changed it by Texteditor(for example hostname, SID or landscapeid) and imported it again.

I run the following commands as Hana <SID>adm

Export:

hdbnsutil -exportTopology myExport.txt

Import:

hdbnsutil -importTopology myExport.txt

Hope this helps

Martin

Thank you, Martin.

As with Karl this also worked for me - with some adjustments since I renamed the secondary HANA server and not the primary

In my case I stopped both HANA instances and edited the secondary profiles and nameserver.ini files with the new secondary hostname. I then ran the Export and Import as you noted and was able to start both the primary and secondary HANA instances.

Hello Harikrishna,

You should have checked the note

Thanks Yuksel, I referred the same note while rename.

So, just that everyone knows, I could not fix this so I had to do a reinstall HANA and then recover it from the backup.

If anyone has a fix, please update us here.

Thanks.
