SuccessFactors EC Report Center 'change reports'

Hi everyone

I am an HR analyst using SF and Report Center for the first time. My company is a bank, which needs to track things like FT/PT status, Cost Center, Job Title, etc in case someone passes into or out of a certain set of conditions that affects their compensation. I am trying to build a report that notes 'changes' for employees in a given time period.

For example for each employee we'd like to track how many days there were: FT or PT, current/previous Location current/previous Job Code, c/p Job Title, c/p Cost Center, etc, between 1/1/19 and 4/1/19 (let's assume it's May now)

I have a document showing me how to use the Change Reporting Configuration, and I've somewhat figured that out, but it seems like it can only show me one change per report, ie one report for all job changes, one for all location changes, etc, and then join them together. I currently do something like this using R, but other analysts can't use R and want to come up with a solution that everyone can do without R knowledge.

Is there a way to detect changes for let's say 10 different dimensions, all in one report, without manipulating the excel file afterwards? Thanks!
