Smartforms LOGO Printing problem

Hello,

I am trying to print LOGO on smartform via dotmatrix printer Wipro LQ DSI 5253.

But excluding logo its printing all the details.

1 > I have created Z Page format for this smartform, is there any issue regarding it ?

2 > Its old dotmatrix printer, is there any issue regarding it ?

Please help me to short it out.

Hi,

Can you try printing via device type SAPWIN and windows to this dot matrix printer? Does it it work with SAPWIN device type?

Yes,

You are right it was printing logo earlier when i am using device type TWSAPWIN.

But i have created new "Z" page format and format type, And for this TWSAPWIN Not printing my smartform details.

Thats why by some expert's suggestion i am using EPLQ550 devise type.

This EPLQ550 is printing all data and details, but only problem comming for LOGO printing.

This problem with the printer output devices, check with your basis to resolve the issue.
