Hi Jukka, I have seen these already before but I'm not sure if Recast works with SAP CCtr on-prem edition, too (not with CEC or cloud edition only). Especially, that in Recast connector configuration there is only SAP Customer Engagement Center selection possibility. I know that backend of CEC it is just SAP CCtr, but anyhow, when we try to connect Recast with our SAP CCtr (using Recast's SAP CEC connector) it does not work - no communication goes from Recast to our on-prem SAP CCtr system.
Recast should work fine with CCtr OnPrem edition as well. The prerequisite at CCtr side is the ECF platform, that needs to be installed and running. If that can be used and accessed from public internet I see now reason why it would not work. Like you said the CEC option at Recast side should be used.
I haven't been debugging this and have no tips how to troubleshoot. Of course one common is that referred page is not available from internet, but most probably not in your case. Maybe Recast guys could help checking what happens to connection negotiation?
