Hi guys,
when I'm defining a restricted key figure for example turn over for the past six months the restricted key figure is shown like defined.
When the restricted key figure is used in the columns the restriction for the months doesn´t appear!
The restriction is done by selection of the key figure turn over and then the characteristic time for the last six months (-6).
Thanks.
Hi,
Check whther calmonth availble or not . if it is available try to create a variable on calmonth.

Hi,
Correct me if wrong, but what I believe is have you have placed a KF (turnover) & a restriction (M-6) in the same selection?
You can create dynamic offsets, ie. M-6 for a 0CALYRMONTH variable. But you must not restrict it with key figure, else due to drill down, formula collision happens during slice/dice.
To avoid such irrelavancies, try optmizing the query, by giving the CALMONTH filter at global level i.e. either at 'Default Values' (where you may change at runtime) or using the 'Charactheristic Restriction'
Anything would be working fine.
Thanks,

HI,
When you define the Restricted KF on the Multiprovider globally and use it in the Query Columns / Rows you will not be able to see its induvidual restrictions.
But when you try to edit it in from teh lect hand side under the folder restricted KF, yuo can see the restrictions.
But it works the same.
