Inspection lot status

Hi,

I have created the inspection lot without assigning the inspection plan. So the lot getting the status CRTD. How can i release the lot because i can't do the results recording.

Help me out from this issue.

Hi,

You can assign the Inspection specification in QA02 ---t-Code

give the inspection lot number in initial screen then goto Inspection specification tab, Assing the Task list/Sec.

Here inspection specification will be assigned & After saving Inspection lot will goto " REL" status.

If you don't Have inspection plan , create the inspection plan in QP01 & then follow the step explained above.

Make sure that when you create the inspection plan its date must be prior to that of the date of creation of inspection lot.

then follow steps through QA02
