Check your customizing settings at your SRM system:

Spro > Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server >

Technical Basic Settings:

-Define RFC Destinations

-Assign RFC Destinations Dependent on Scenario

-ALE Settings (Logical System)

-Define Backend Systems

-Define Backend System for Product Category

Hello,

Check if product category is correctly defined in "Define backend systems for product category" in SPRO.

Also, you can put a breakpoint at FM BBP_PD_MSG_ADD and check why this error is appearing.

Kind regards,

Hi Muthu

Thanks for your answer

The rfc connection works ,changes i make in material master in R/3 transfer to SRM

maybe the message came from the POWL or the independent portal

ECC to SRM - ok - sounds well

SRM to ECC - connection check it up . sometime sm59 password might be expired .
