why internal sales representative role 1.4 configuration not working?

Hi,

Did anyone have experience with internal sales representative role 1.4? I had the business package installed in portal and extended buiness function activated in ECC6. I could see the portal configuration in SPRO. It opened a webpage after I clicked the "simple user interface" configuration. There is one sap configuration. I could highlight this configuration. However, there is no any response after I clicked "open configuration editor". Did anyone have the similar experience? How did you solve it?

Also, I always got timeout error after I tried to create sales order from this ISR portal. Did anyone have the similar experience? How did you solve it?

It's great if you could share some experience of ISR portal setup.
