Retail -- Best practice for handling promotion purchasing / SD condition


I'm looking for some best practice (retail) to handle the purchasing / SD conditions which are created within the promotion in the following scenario:

When a promotion is created, additional conditions can be created and added within the promo in Pricing Condition (purcahsing) and SP condition tab.

1) If user decides to remove the article from the promotion, is there any way we can automatically trigger the deletion of those additional condtion for the article?

2) When the promotion is activated, VKA0 and PA00 condition will be created as per configuration. Later if the promotion is deactivated, how can we deactivate the other conditions as well in an automatic way?
