hi,

when i click on business process monitoring tile it show me

Service cannot be reached

Hello Juzar,

Please have a look at following KBA which should be helpful for this issue:

2552802 - Troubleshooting for "Service cannot be reached" error when opening Business Process Monitoring

  1. Confirm that the BPMon services are active within SAP Solution Manager:
  2. Run transaction SICF to open Maintain Services application.
  3. Enter *BPM* as Service Name and select Execute.
  4. Ensure that all services are active, except "aic_bpmonreq_s" and "BPMWFApp".
