Regarding the Stalled for Days metric on the Open Workflow Reporting.
Does anyone know how this is calculated? We are seeing instances where the workflow is reported to have been stalled for 5-6 days, when in actuality the workflow has been progressed back and forth several times between HR Administration and Hiring Manager during that time.
