Upgrading to Patch Level 47

Hi Experts,

We are upgrading to Patch 47 from PL 30. When I try and login to one of our databases, I get the error messages

1. This entry already exists in the following table - Company Info (CINF)

2. Then I get another message stating - The company DB is not consistent see log files.

Please can anyone assist? What can cause these errors?

You are upgrading to what?

Which version you are using?

Hi Rahul,

We are currently on 2007A PL30, and we are upgrading to PL 47.

I am getting this error one on of my databases, I upgraded two other databases without any problems??

I suggest you restore the back up taken prior to beginning the upgrade & start the process again. If the issue persists, you can log with SAP Support, or try a different patch level - SP01 at least.
