Hello,
BEx Analyzer is a Macro, which sits on Microsoft Excel is a VBA Project. This issue seems that you have no VBA installed or active.
Read the Microsoft Office documentation below:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/282847
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287567
Uninstall the Microsoft office version from this client and reinstall it again. Then make sure that this time you are able to access Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Microsoft Excel.
Thanks,
Michael
