Pricing document errors

Hello ,

We have a crm 7.0 Grants scenario. When creating an agreement(one order object) I am getting the error saying "Trying to access an item which is not existing on pricing document" . It also has an error saying "Pricing document has already been locked" . The pricing procedure determination is all good. Please respond.
