ICH_HTTP_Connection Failed

Hi Experts,

I configured the RFC distination to connect legecy systems through HTTP connection to externel server. When i check the connection test is omiting error ICH_HTTP_Connection Failed. I have checked the SMICM and SICF is configured corrctly and checked the firewall also theat specifi port is open now. I am using Ecc 6.0 IDES server. In the same way i checked in another server is working in the same landcape. Can u please guide me how to solve this error in my IDES server
