Change the inspection stock of material 111-2344 in QM only

Hi All,

I am getting this error when trying to do move the stock of material 111-2344 from Quality to Unrestricted for 2 ea. While doing transfer posting sytem showing an error "Change the inspection stock of material 111-2344 in QM

only". I could not find any inspection lot for this material in QA32,.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Contacted SAP and applied the SAP note., Issue is resolved now

The only solution is

The SAP note 48815 needs to be implemented as per the note 125252 to correct the inconsistency.

Copy the program in 48815 and create a program in ABAP Editor and create a tcode for that .

Execute the tcode and give the material number and execute twice. They do usage decision to unrestricted.

Hi,

If you are saying 01 inspection type active & stock is at quality then definatly lot will be their .

In Qa33 input screen put ,material ,palnt ,batch number ,,remove date from input screen .

Below select all inspection lot then execute .

Definatly you will get lot to proceed.

What about MIGO, what is the stock type coming there? "Unrestricted " or "QI"? Any DMR at the scene?

if u getting that msg then surely there is a inspection lot

in qa32

remove both the dates

enter material and material

and select lots with and without ud

inspection lots will appear

in this see system status having SPRQ

THERE MUST BE INSPECTION LOT WITHOUT STOCK POSTING and UD done

so select it and post the quantity.

Hi,

There should be an inspection lot generated for this material , then only you can get this message.

can you please once again check the T-Code QA33, by inputing the material , plant & Batch ( If Batch managed).

I believe you have activated inspection type 01 for the material? aAnd also check that "Post to insp stock" check box is ticked in QM view of material master.

Thanks for the reply. Yes , we have maintained "Post to inspection stock" and chosen Inspection type- 1 in QM view of material master. Please suggest what should be done to avoid this error and material should be posted to Unrestricted or Inspection lot is created for this so that we can move from quality to unrestricted.

Hi Aditya,

In Qm view of material master --> nspection set up, there is a field "Control inspection lot". What have you maintained there? It should be " For each material doc item". Pls check and revert back.
