Logging errors

Hi,

Error message showing up in the logging section of the

Management Console: "You are not authorized to perform this

task. Please contact your BPC administrator". Also there is no ID in the User ID field.

Please advice.

    Hi,

    Could you please tell me the version of BPC with service packs? Are you getting this from the beginning or for the first time? Have you upgraded or installed it for the first time?

    Hi Raghu,

    Please login to the Admin console with the BPC installation ID. Go to the security and whether your ID has been added or not. If its not there then you need to add it. If your ID is already available then, check the task profile assigned to your ID.
