What configuration is required to allow users to schedule to an Inbox

Hi,

We use Crystal Reports Server V0 and in order to allow users to be able to schedule to destination Inbox, I've had to give them access to view that Inbox. I don't really want them to be able to view each others Inboxes, I'm thinking there must be a way to allow this without having to do that. If they don't have access to view the Inbox they are scheduling to they get the error

Error Message: recipient error. [id]: []

I've read through the Administrators guide and it seems like this should be possible without granting access to the Inbox but it just doesn't seem to work otherwise. Any suggestions welcome!
