Increased latency between SRS in MSA after moving one of our datacenters, how can we tune ?

After moving one of our datacenters we can see a new pattern in our replication latency, when large batch jobs are running. Previously it only affected the actual database that the batch was updating, but now we get latency for ALL our databases after it has run. We have still the same capacity on the route, but the distance between our datacenters is now longer. We can also see latency/queue on the route when monitoring with SCC. During normal operation the latency is between 0-1 seconds for all databases, so it's only when larger batch jobs are running that we see latency for all our databases.

We use MSA setup with PDS->PRS->RRS->RDS and replicate 13 databases.

I found the document below, but these parameters has never been tuned

Please advice on what to start looking at ?

2677699 - Inbound or Route outbound show large latency at Primary replication server - SAP SRS

The rs_ticket functionality would help you pinpoint where in the entire replication path this is generating latency, if you have not tried it already.

Were replication connections rebuilt after moving the datacenter? If so, you may have lost customizations that had been helping large batch performance previously like buffer sizes, parallel DSI's, bulk inserts, etc.
