I am attempting to download a trial version of the 2013 version that I was given a link to on a live chat. This is the link https://mdocs.sap.com/mcm/public/v1/open?shr=enRzVUF1lfi4RnrcxpsA5jzWqTB_qQk7u16rHHGBQ4M. The install does not work and causes these three errors

Do you have an older version of CR installed? If so uninstall it first.

Thank you for your response Vitaly Izmaylov. The same thing happens with the way you suggested.

It could be something wrong with the Installation package like the pacjkage got corrupted during download.

If this is a trial version then the usual process is to click "Free Trial" in the upper right corner of the following page:

http://go.sap.com/canada/product/analytics/crystal-reports.html

You would get a different link to download CR 2016 SP3 and an e-mail with a Temp keycode
