ALert Management : SubSequent Action giving Error

Hi All,

I am working on Alert Management.

When i am clicking on work List i can see the alerts over there. when i click on any alert i can see the section "SUBSEQUENT ACTION"

Subsequent action shows one table control with all required value. When i click on the value it should open the activity. But it is not displaying and shows the Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.
