MARC-BSTRF - Quantity in PO no rounding

Hi,

I have maintained a rounding value (MARC-BSTRF) for a material (f.e. 5).

When I create a PO with ME21N I didnt get any information about rounding - nothing happens.

There is neither a warning message nor an error message.

I can purchase every quantity.

Do you have any ideas that the system is rounding the purchased quantity and that I get an information or an error message?

Dependencies

The rounding value is used in the planning run if no rounding profile has been specified in the material master record.

This field is used for Planning run, if you are not using Rounding profile!

If you really wanted to use this field pls maintain rounding profile!

thank you for your answer.

This is not correct. In one of our other systems the rounding value is working without maintaining the rounding profile!

The system is rounding up to the next defined rounding value.

If you can open SAP and check in the field by pressing F1, system will display you that this is specifically works if you maintained Rounding profile!
