Double Deduction of Absence Quotas

Hi ,

I am facing a strange issue whereby absences are deducted twice from Absence Quota (IT2006). For example , an employee avails 5 days of absence from 01/05 to 05/05. But in IT2006, 10 days are deducted instead of actual 5 days.

We are running prorgram RPTKoK0 to resolve this but dont know the root cause.

Kindly let me know what is the root cause of this doble deduction so that I can resolve the issue permanently.

Check your absence quota configuration once again and make sure that you have given exact assignments and counting classes.

Hi Krunal,

Check the quota multiplier for absence quotas in the counting rule assigned to your leave type.

Quota multiplier should be 100%
