problem about the label print with Printronix printer

There is a problem about the label print with Printronix printer such as T5304. Our SAP service cannot install any drivers of Printronix printer. With Smartforms I can preview the Barcode, but print. Also I designed the Label of Barcode PDF417 with the program Codesoft Pro 7.10, and Upload the print file withtransation code "SO10". But I cann't find a right CodePage to generate the standard text correctly.

Should I install the drivers of Printronix printer? Is There an other way to solve the problem, such as PGL?
