Is SAP GUI support Linux for end user ? or recommended using Windows environment?

Because we faced a lot of problem with front-end printing with Java GUI on Canon Printer

The involvement of the SAP GUI in frontend printing is limited to receiving the printing data and forwarding it to the desktop's print subsystem.

You might want to have a look at the documentation of Front-End Printing with Control Technology (Access Method G and discuss questions with tag "NW ABAP Print and Output Management" at https://answers.sap.com/tags/334558737810127171897316045257708

In case you think your problem is caused by a bug and not by an incorrect configuration, you should create a support message on component BC-CCM-PRN.
