HRAS issue - Radio Button

Former Member

Hello All,

In HCM Processes & Forms, we have a scenario of employee rating. To accomodate the same in the Interactive form have used 'ISR_RadioButtonList' that have corresponding binding with Form scenario fields.Upon selecting the corresponding radio button, we were able to retain the values and send it across the approval levels as defined in the workflow. These fields were to be used as place holders for the 'Radio Buttons' to retain the values(when sent from one approver to another as defined in the workflow) and not to save in the back end.

The form was working fine all the time and since we have upgraded to SP20 the form is giving error as "The Entered Value Is Not on the List of Valid Values."

Please help.

Regards,

Poornima

Reply from SAP -

there was an error in the lower sp level and this error was corrected

with SP20. As you defined the radiobutton, it is not the correct

way. There shouldnt have a bindig for the radiobutton which has value.

This was the error which was corrected and now you get this error-

message which is correct.

Please correct your form.

There was an important fix that was made in the WD ABAP adobe

integration. As a result, this error occurs when a script or a

service or user tries to enter into a Drop down list box or usage of

'Radiobutton", a value which is not available as part of the help values

This behaviour is necessary and hence was delivered in the SP

by WD ABAP.

It's caused by the fix made in note 1289498.

I have heard of a number of problems with SP20 and SP21. Might want to check OSS notes for any fix (but I wouldn't hold my breath).
