Hi experts,
I am facing an error with Mobile Secure on cloud, when I try to send an email to enrollmented devices. We don't use an on premise installation of Exchange. We use the Exchange from Office 365 platform.
After I use the command to send an email, when I check the server log I always get the following message error: ONS1024: Error sending SMTP message to client EXAMPLE@EXAMPLE.COM. The request failed with SMTP message: SendEmailMessage: SMTPServer value not set in Registry: Software\Afaria\Afaria\Server.
My question is: Where should I configure this SMTP server in Afaria Cloud?
In the MS Exchange area, I tried to add a SMTP connection but even with the successfully test connection, I still get the same error.
Hi Mr Loop,
First of all, thanks for your time and support.
The problem is that I think that we're using differents versions of Afaria.
My version is on cloud. It's a service of HCP called MOBILE SECURE. In the configuration of my server there isn't the option tha is shown in the KBA tha you sent to me.
In the image below there is the configuration page of my server. I have only one configuration option:
