Not able to unload if inbound delivery contains HU with more than on product

Dear Expert,

I'm using POSC, when I process an Inbound delivery getting below error if the HU contains more than one product

No bin search possible. Storage types/sections/bin types incomplete

But when process inbound delivery of same products with individual HUs system is working fine and bin determination is as expected.

Please let me know If I’m missing any confing and master data requirements.

Issue is with activity areas and consolidation groups . restructured the bins with assigning the consolidation group and sorting, Issue resolved.

...when do you get this error message? I assume during putaway WT creation.

Try to set the parameter for putaway control in your destination storage type to '1' (= putaway with HU warehouse tasks).

Based on this it should work.

Hi Sairam,

check you POSC settingws and remove the 'Product HU WT' flag. That should solve your problem:

Tried to remove the flag against IB01(unload) but system is throwing below error

Product WTs should be created up to or with IB02

then tried flag against IB02 then system is creating WT for staging area only(IB01-Unloading)

storage type has been configured to allow mixed storage(field value=Blank) for both bin and HU.

Hi Sairam,

When you have a HU with one product only, the system is finding a bin. This bin belongs to a storage type. Review the definition of the storage type and make sure that you don't have any limitation in the mixed storage (both fields empty).
