Screen field values crmd_order



i have configured support desk and charm in solution manager, for charm the process will start from support desk ticket by

performing the action "create change document" in actions tab then system will create one change request, if we double click

on that change request initial status will be "To be approved" with change manager and subject field as blank if those fields

are filled and saved it is disappearing all the values (BP numbers ) from system, but if we toggle to display and change mode

again its appearing in the screen.
