How to create New Space for SAP ILM?

Hello,

How can I create a dedicated space or a tag for SAP ILM? This can be under SAP Netwevaer as this is a product within.

This is also related to Archiving Solution in Netweaver.

The main purpose is to share information to all about ILM and also help to answer queries.
