I'm looking for the proper Tcodes and how to utilize them to track actual consumption versus expected consumption on each material monthly. I then want to use this information yearly to adjust my built in scrap percentages in my BOMs.

Where do you define your material expected consumption?
You can refer material consumption and other material reports such as with t.codes
