Process Chain

Hi,

I have a flat file data source, csv file is located on logical file system i need to create process chain which load the data from flat file to PSA, load ran 7 days in a month in periodic, every 30 min need to start the process chain, my requirements are

1st procss chain look the file if it is old than stop the process chain and send the message to user,

2nd if the process chain fial due to error like , . - send messag to the user.

Please advise me to fix this problem
