SuccessFactors Badges on mobile?

On SuccessFactors Mobile App:

1. Is there a possibility to give a Badge to a colleague through the SAP SF mobile App? If yes, What would be the enablement process?

2. Could there be a icon to access easier the Recruiting module through the module app? Currently I can only access Job Reqs through the To Do's. If yes, What would be the enablement process?

3. Recruiting - Is there a way to filter/search by Req # or Job Title the Job Requisition on the mobile app to improve the UX? If yes, What would be the enablement process? Attached the evidence.

4. Recruiting - On the mobile Job Requisitions, currently we are only able to see the Req #, Job Title, And status. Is there a way to add more information to the Details section regarding the requisition, for example, Cos Center, Company, Budget, Base Salary...) If yes, What would be the enablement process? Attached the evidence.

5. Learning - Currently we have an integration with Lynda as our provider, using OCN. Can we enable the Lynda content on Learning mobile app? If yes, What would be the enablement process?

6. Performance - It seems there is a bug on the Performance form on the mobile app, when all required comments and ratings are completed and the form is ready to be sent for approval the Performance Form doesn't have the rating colors visible, so it confuses the users and seems like the ratings were not selected, which they were. Attached the evidence.

7. Goals - On Goals desktop/mobile, if there is an Activity/Achievement linked to a particular Goal, is that visible on the Goals & Performance module? Is there an update throughout the year on the CPM, is that automatically updated on the Goals (If Locked) and Performance Form (If Active).
