Hello everyone,
We have an issue with our SSO connection between BO and SAP BW.
Our Landscape:
SAP Portal using iview hyperlinks to CUID of Webi Docs in Infoview. Webi reports are connecting to SAP BW system. The development landscape is running as expected. No issues.
Portal - BJD
SAP BW - BWD (BWDCLNT100)
Infoview: labsairvg009
The production landscape is not working properly.
Portal - BJP
SAP BW - BWP (BWPCLNT100)
Infoview: namsairvg400
We moved our Webi reports to produciton. The universes connecitons have been edited to reflect the conneciton to prod BW system. Whe executing from SAP Portal using SSO, Infoview using SSO or Infoview using SAP credentials all reports fil with the following message:
A database error occurred. The database error text is: The SAP SSO authenticationprocess will fail becasue the current user doesn't have the alias that matches system BWDCLNT100.. (WIS 10901)
BWDCLNT100 is the development client.
Does anyone have any suggestions. I've exhausted forum/note searches.
Thanks
Keith
Ingo,
We resolved our issue. We recreated the universe connections from scratch instead of just editing them for the five universes we had and that resolved the issue.

Keith

Hi Keith,
This is because you haven't changed the connection of the universe or you didn't use the right credential(SAP) for Infoview.
Thanks,
Ravi

Hi,
when you open InfoView in the portal as which user are you getting authenticated ?
and please keep in mind that this is a forum - for an actual production issue you should open up a support case.
