How to Integrate SAP BPM Notification into SAP Fiori Launchpad Notification

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to show all custom SAP BPM task notifications in SAP Fiori Launchpad Notification.

We are using SAP NW 7.5 and SAP HANA 1809. SAP Fiori is installed on Hub GW system. Our My Inbox app is pointing to SAP BPM.

We have already activated Notification channel in Gateway System and can view the dummy notifications generated using test report(executed in S4 Hana). Below is the sample screen shot.

I have also tried adding system alias for SAP PO in /IWNGW/NOTIFICATION service but didn't had any luck.

Can anyone please help me in integrating SAP BPM Notifications in SAP Fiori Launchpad.

    Hi Pankaj,

Make sure your Workflow Background Jobs are scheduled and are running every minute in your system which triggers the workflow.

    • Hi Tejas,

      Thanks for your quick response!

In our case SAP PO/BPM is being used to handle the custom workflows. We are able to integrate SAP My Inbox with SAP PO/BPM and can see the task.

Now, we want to show the push notifications from SAP BPM into Fiori Launchpad Notification.

    Hi ,

We also have a similar requirement to show SAP BPM notifications from CE 7.5 system in Fiori launchpad notification area.

We have referred some links , but not getting the exact configurations that needs to be done in the gateway system to integrate BPM and Fiori notifications. We are using Gateway 2.0 SP 12.

Can anyone please help us out here.
