We are implementing IT Service Management in CRM 7.0, one of the requirement is to integrate with Active Directory and replicate (both initial and delta) all user data, groups which are maintained in Active directory into CRM as Business Partner
I'm not aware of any standard functionality that provides a delta download of non-ABAP (SAP) sources to CRM. You can, however, do an LDAP download/upload of the userdata, creating BPs automatically is a different story.
