System Error of KM Content

Hi

I am getting the following error when navigating from Content Administration > KM Content

System Error

An exception occured during the program execution

Please help

Hi ASR,

We had the same issue in our portal after an upgrade, fixed this issue by applying note 1450398.

Fixed in Patch 1 for KM 7.01.

When was the last time it was working?

What changes have you done?

Which version and sp level are we talking about?

Is there any description in the trace files when you try this out?

Is this only for one user or all users?

a) NW 7.01 SP6

Is there any description in the trace files when you try this out?

a) Please find trace collected from Diagtool

Is this only for one user or all users?

a) this is used only by superadmin users
