Start of SAP router

Hello to all,

After installing the SAP router as a service on a 64 Bit AMD processor we receive the error below when trying to start the service:

The SAProuter service failed to start due to the following error:

The image file SAProuter is valid, but is for a machine type other than the current machine.

Have you an idea please for this type of error ?

Hi,

Did you changed your old saprouter PC to the new one ?

Steps for old to new:

Keeping IP / hostname same as old

Setting environment variables as old

Stop & Start again

If these not the case then you need to generate the certificate again & stop / start;
