Org Model

Hi,

I have created an Org Model with various Org Units assigned under it meant for different Functions like for Sales, Service and Marketing in CRM 7.0. I have also selected the required Attributes.

But when I am re-entering the Org Model after saving an Org Unit with Marketing Functionality, it is showing with Sales Functionality.

I would highly appreciate you if someone helps me to resolve this issue.

It is the system default but the Org unit retains the same properties while created.

Hi Sri,

In the function tab after selecting the Org, select the check the marketing Organisation check box. Then go to the attributes tab and select the required attribute as 'marketing'. Save.

I've configured in the same way that you have mentioned but still the same issue is existing.
